This Privacy Policy applies to NordSync, clinical workflow software operated by NORDQUIST FAMILY MEDICAL CENTER, M. D. P.A. ("we", "us"), 2470 E Hwy 50, Suite A, Clermont, FL.
Data we collect
For the NordSync staff SMS alerts program we collect staff name, mobile number, and SMS consent records (signed consent forms, opt-in and opt-out history).
How we use it
We use this information only to send staff system alerts and on-call escalation texts to employees and staff. Patients are never texted, and texts contain no patient health information.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is shared only with service providers (such as our SMS carrier) as needed to deliver messages.
Data retention
We keep staff contact data and consent records while you are employed and enrolled, and afterward as long as required for legal and compliance recordkeeping. Signed consent forms are kept on file by the practice. If you reply STOP, your number is removed from the alert list.
Security
We protect this data with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls limited to authorized personnel.
